Terms of Service

JomMain is a branded advergame platform operated by Algomatrix Enterprise, SSM 202403131295 (CT0136618-D), based in Petaling Jaya, MY. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Algomatrix Enterprise. You can reach us at hello@jom-main.com.

These terms apply to the JomMain website and to the campaign game pages we host for our clients — whether that campaign runs on a jom-main.com address or on the client’s own domain.

A campaign is run by the brand that commissioned it. That brand is the promoter of the contest, sets the prizes and is responsible for honouring them. We build and operate the platform the campaign runs on. Where a campaign publishes its own rules, those rules apply to that campaign, and these terms cover everything they do not.

The games are free to play in your browser. There is no account to create and nothing to install.

When you play, you agree not to:

• use a bot, script, emulator or any automated means to play or to submit a score
• modify, tamper with or reverse-engineer the game, or interfere with how a score is recorded
• enter a campaign under more than one identity to get around a limit on entries
• disrupt the service for other players

Every session is recorded and re-simulated on our servers before a score counts. A session that does not validate is void, along with any prize or leaderboard position it produced. We may end a session, void a result or block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Some campaigns limit how many times you can play in a day. Those limits are part of the campaign, not a fault.

Prize mechanics, eligibility, closing dates and expiry are set by the brand running each campaign and are published on that campaign’s own pages. Where anything here differs from a campaign’s published rules, the campaign’s rules apply to that campaign.

• Vouchers are issued and honoured by the promoting brand, not by us.
• Vouchers are personal to you, cannot be transferred or sold, and have no cash value.
• A voucher is valid until the expiry shown on it, and only at the outlets the campaign names.
• A voucher that has been altered, duplicated or obtained in breach of these terms is void.
• If a campaign is a lucky draw rather than an instant win, the draw happens on the date the campaign publishes and winners are contacted using the details they gave.

Take up any question about a prize with the brand running the campaign first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at hello@jom-main.com and we will help you find the right contact.

Some campaigns ask for your details before issuing a voucher. What we collect, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The game engine, the platform, our own name and branding, and everything on this website belong to Algomatrix Enterprise or our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

Each client’s brand assets — their name, logo, artwork and campaign copy — belong to that client. Playing a game does not give you any right to use them.

We provide the service as it is. We work to keep campaigns available for the hours they advertise, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may suspend a campaign or the platform for maintenance, for security, or at the request of the brand running it.

Campaigns run for a fixed period. Once a campaign closes, its game and its leaderboard stop accepting entries.

To the extent Malaysian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — including a failure of your device, your network, or a third-party service the platform depends on.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Prices published on this website are indicative starting figures for a scoped engagement. They are not an offer. The commercial terms of any campaign we build for you are the ones in the quotation or statement of work you sign — those prevail over anything on this site.

We may update these terms. The version and the date at the top of this page tell you which text is current. If you agreed to a specific version when you entered a campaign, that is the version recorded against your entry.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
